I bought this a size 6 for my 5 year old (43 inches and 40 pounds) and it fits her well - has room to grow but is not too big, as i love buying clothes for her as i never know when the growth spurt will come the sequins are adorable - in addition to the colors there are little sparkly whites in a 'bow' shape which really make it special. Pink is a nice rich medium pink and the material isn't the most durable (that's why I gave it 4 stars) but it's definitely thick enough to work with. I can buy another design and recommend this dress.
