Review on Japanese Matcha Bowl Cat Hidamari - Kutani Yaki Ceramics by Renee Robinson

This is my first real Matcha bowl and I love it so much! It arrived in a wooden gift box wrapped in brown paper. I usually drink black tea from china cups and green tea from sushi cups, but matcha deserves a special vessel. This is a fairly large bowl common for preparing/drinking ceremonial matcha. I photographed the bowl next to the 12-oz. Beverage can for size reference. This bowl is perfect for gifting, but even better for yourself! It really makes tea drinking special. And the cute cat design makes me smile every time I drink from it.
