I received the meat grinder in good condition. Filled with pepper and went perfectly the first time. Until I had to refill. I didn't know, but a piece of metal with a square cut inside the grinder fell out and made the grinder spin as it turned. This shouldn't happen. I poured peppercorns into the grinder, put the lid on and did not grind. Empty the coffee grinder, looked and couldn't figure it out so I refilled it and nothing. After a few minutes I realized the piece had fallen out and was lost almost forever. Luckily I'm pretty quick, so I grabbed the punch, hammered it back in, and was ready to go. If I were the creator of this I would definitely find a better way to fix this piece. For this reason I give 4 stars. I would give less if a part was lost. Buuuuuu everything works fine now so I'm happy.
