In general, the product works. My drawer is small so I want to use as much space as possible and that helps. I don't know if it's my box or the dividers, but they wobble on impact unless there's a small divider between them. My knives kept slipping under the dividers so I put some unused sorting pieces on the floor to raise the knives and the problem was solved! My biggest problem (it's hard to describe, but I'll try to explain) was that one of the separators wasn't easy to assemble. And the spring that tensions it doesn't work. The part that goes inward to push the spring gets stuck and almost impossible to use. Luckily my box is small and I don't need a fourth separator. Overall this is a good product and for the most part does what it is supposed to do. It was easy to put together (except it didn't work).
