Review on ASICS Womens Gel Cumulus Running Shoes Women's Shoes for Athletic by Olivia Turner

Let me tell you that this one star has nothing to do with the comfort and support of the shoe, it has to do with the customer service and the wrong color that was sent. First, a review of the shoe itself: Asics are my favorite running shoes without a doubt, and the Cumulus was my favorite running shoe for a while. I typically run about 3-4 miles at a time, mostly on sidewalks or streets, and this shoe is supportive, grippy and has enough cushioning for a neutral foot. 5 stars for shoes! Second, customer service: I ordered the Cumulus 22 Lite show sneakers in white/sterling silver (which were supposed to be multicolored pink, yellow, white and teal sneakers as shown on the main description page above. However, the shoes I actually received were shown in the photos I've included above Also Cumulus 22 and in white/silver but instead with a simpler color scheme with an orange stripe down the side The shoes I received don't fit once again to one the color options on that particular selection page, i reordered the color i originally wanted and got the right shoe, i told them i would be willing to just keep them rather than bother with returning shoes that they sent in the wrong color if they could at least give me something small back oh credit for their mistake they either offered me $5 for the wrong one $120 pair or I could just send them back for a refund. I have decided to return the shoes and have now spent some time speaking to customer service and am still struggling to visit the UPS store and return the product due to an error in their account without them attempting to fix the error. I have been a loyal member of Revain Prime for many years but I am disappointed with the customer service I have received on this matter and will try to shop elsewhere in the future.
