Review on OMOTON Ultra Slim Bluetooth Compatible 10 2 Inch by Scott Snyder

I have a 2018 version of the Macbook Air and my keyboard broke after about 18 months of use. Apple is offering a free replacement as it is a known issue but I can usually bring my laptop in for a replacement but due to Covid I would have to send it away for a week or so and I just don't feel comfortable with mine Computer in someone else's hands for so long. I figured I'd try and get a bluetooth keyboard that would last until the shops got back up so I could just bring it in and fix it at home. So it turns out I love this keyboard more than the one I own. It has an action I prefer on a keyboard where the keys are pressed down a bit, more like a typewriter. Maybe because I've been typing for 50 years. I'm used to this kind of action and it's just easier for me. The only thing missing from this keyboard is the backlight on the keys. I don't really miss it and end up with a white keyboard because I can turn on the screen backlight when I can't see my keys. It works well. Pairing was easy after following the instructions. You press Fn and the c key that says "Pairing". Then I followed the instructions on my computer. Another thing I like is that it has the same keyboard size as the one on my laptop. There are small rubber feet at the top and bottom of each side so I can place it on top of my regular keyboard and because of the feet and slight angle it sits over my laptop keyboard so there is airflow and also no actual contact with my keyboard , so she doesn't press any keys. I really like that my regular keyboard doesn't turn off. So if I want to pick them up and use them, put them aside when I'm not typing. Other buttons still work. I've read that some keys may work differently, giving me access to both keyboards. The only problem on my registration laptop is the "e" key, but everything else works fine. One more thing, my bluetooth mouse I had still works great. The screen brightness buttons work in the same way as the volume. I am very happy with my purchase.
