According to my experience, these blue light blocking glasses have saved my eyes while working on computers. The frame is light and comfortable and the lenses do not distort my vision .The anti-glare works like a charm and I get no headaches anymore while working. The only downside is that they are not very stylish, but who cares about looks when your eyes are thanking you for using them! Highly recommend to those who spend long hours working on computers..
