Friendly with great customer service skills
The team is very friendly with great customer service skills to help set up our new system for us when we needed it most! I can't think of anything that was not perfect in this process from start-to finish - they were all amazing at what their jobs required them too do next!! It's been an absolute pleasure working alongside these guys over such long periods now (almost 2 years) so no complaints there either but as always if you have any questions just ask away :) We are currently using focused primarily internally only however due some recent changes within my workplace externally will be coming soon which has me excited about how seamless things should run once implemented outside also.

- The process from start to finish it was always done in a timely manner and to the highest quality of which I could expect
Cons
- Nothing really can't think of a single thing that I don't like about them they're all great to work with and we've been lucky enough to have them here for both
