They appear to be well made and fit my son well. I ordered him a small size. He usually wears a small men's or youth size 14/16. The material is similar to swimming trunks. The material is light and comfortable. There is a lining on the inside which means you can become a commando if you wish as it looks like it is sewn into the briefs. There is one back pocket located centrally at the top back. . It has a zipper and a reflective strip. Overall my son seems to like the shorts.
