I would have preferred the extension cable to be heavier so that it doesn't dangle when connecting/disconnecting. I don't have a place to attach it yet. I bought this to put in the center of my dining table so anyone who takes distance classes and works from home can charge their devices without having to fight for outlets or block chargers. It helped with that, but I'll look for something more substantial. It looks cheap or inferior. As is everything we buy these days, especially Revain.
