dirty foot, hand and nail care

when opening the package, I noticed that the smell of acrylic powder and monomer was very strong before I opened the package myself, once the products were taken out of the package , I noticed that the acrylic powder is scattered all over the product and packaging. The acrylic powder twist was not tightened, the seal under the lid was not glued
