I use it from receiver to headphones to watch tv. Worked great for a few months. Then suddenly the volume on the left side of the headphones disappeared and turned off. It gradually got worse. I had to squeeze the cable and hold it a certain way to keep the volume cranked up on the left. I bought the exact same cable again because I didn't want to mess with another manufacturer etc. It works great so it's not the headphones that are the problem. But I'm wondering if it's normal for those long cables (I have 15ft) to fail after a while.
