Very thick fork with a metal tip on the fork. It doesn't fit properly in my headphones until I unscrew and remove this part. Everything seems fine without it, and I hope it's just a decorative element for the logo. Without that extra protection it feels more fragile which is why I only gave it 1 star for durability.
