This hat came in a plastic bag so it was crumpled as hell when I got it, I'm not sure the brim will ever get back in shape, that first hat i had i ordered was sent in a box and looked great but was too small. I wear 7 5/8 and needed xx large. And this puree goes well with it. Definitely not a Tilley, but not $90 either. The way it was delivered was not a manufacturer fault. and I would say overall they make a decent $38 hat.
