When I used the QR code from the instructions, I thought it was corrupt. When asked for my SSN, I started the return process. After further checking, the instructions did not mention the application that was eventually downloaded. I deleted the app from my phone and downloaded it manually from the play store, no personal data and the watch seems to work fine. I just set it up and will update it in a few days. Here, too, "DO NOT" use the QR code in the manual, but download it from the App Store. I bought it on June 17th, today is July 3rd. I'm still satisfied with the watch, it fulfills everything I expected from it. I would recommend and buy again. July 15th, I've been wearing the watch for almost 2 weeks and the battery is still at 52%. Great product - great purchase
