Pro1. This is obviously easier to use since it's a pump type. I can always put it by the sink and never have to pick it up when using the product just like people do with pump hand soap. Tastes better than Rael's regular pink Himalayan salt toothpaste. The taste is sweeter and the texture is smoother. I see no performance difference between the two products. That being said, there was one small issue with these pluses. Cons: Although the texture is much smoother, it resembles more of a liquid than regular toothpaste, and the liquid flows. down my toothbrush and won't stay up. This is especially difficult when using an electric toothbrush as the brush itself is much smaller than a regular toothbrush. I personally prefer their regular toothpaste but I think the pros still outweigh the cons.
