
I've always used plant-based protein, but the nutritionist said whey protein is easier to digest. I went to the vitamin store and bought a healthy looking organic serum, but I started getting acne, although I rarely get acne. I only used this protein for about 3 servings before giving up. Until I saw that Raw Barrel had something and since I was using their BCAAs to good effect I decided to give this one a try. So far no rashes. Goes well with cocoa powder and almond milk. It has no taste of its own, which is good. Can be used to make pancakes.
