Review on Upsight by Dipp Samrock

I love that it's all in one place so we can see what our customers are doing at any point of time (in terms of their experience). The interface is very user friendly for both internal team members as well external partners/customers who want access into this platform. There were some areas which could have been addressed more but overall its quite good product with lots of features available within different modules like ecommerce tracking etc., So no issues yet from my side! But yes there should be couple new feature added soon-like better mobile UX & UI improvements -mobile app integration would also help customer reach us easily via smartphone. We primarily use upsight tool mainly because most companies do not offer such kind of solution otherwise they will endup spending multiple money if you consider integrating other platforms separately or even by yourself.
