All In One Place Experience Management Tool

I love that it's all in one place so we can see what our customers are doing at any point of time (in terms of their experience). The interface is very user friendly for both internal team members as well external partners/customers who want access into this platform. There were some areas which could have been addressed more but overall its quite good product with lots of features available within different modules like ecommerce tracking etc., So no issues yet from my side! All inclusive digital marketing suite to get most ROI

I like that it can be used for both B2B or consumer products as well with its many integrations which is great! It also has an API so you don't have all of these data silos in place when looking at customer behavior within different channels (eCommerce/In-store). I like that it is easy for marketers who are new at using data analysis software but have experience in other programs such as Excel or Google Sheets etc., this makes things very simple! The interface can be confusing if you do not know exactly what each icon means - however once figured out its really nice how quick everything comes together with no coding required (which was one of my biggest issues when learning any program). The best part of upsight is that it helps you manage all your data from one place. We can easily track our customer journey even if they are using different channels like website or mobile app. It also provides great insights about our target audience. A valuable resource, particularly from management perspective

As an agency we do not have control over how our clients use their own data or insights so this tool gives us some more visibility into what they are doing with it within their companies. We can now see trends in usage patterns which helps drive future work for them without having direct access to client info (which is good). It also allows you as a user of upsight/client side app to make changes that will show up immediately when using other products like salesforce etc - very useful! I would…

Easy conversion & flawless Customer Support

It is very easy for me to use this software as it has all features of an excellent CRM tool in one place which makes my life easier! The UI could be improved but that's nitpicking at best especially when I see how well their customer support team works with users who have issues or suggestions.
