Review on Upsight by Robert Ryokan

It is very easy for me to use this software as it has all features of an excellent CRM tool in one place which makes my life easier! The UI could be improved but that's nitpicking at best especially when I see how well their customer support team works with users who have issues or suggestions. They are always there to help you out no matter what time zone they're from so far their service level has been great! There really isn't anything specific about upsights product itself other than its ease-of-use (which we needed since our previous solution was not user friendly). Up sight helps us track leads throughout different stages of sales funnel without having multiple systems up and running.
