I've always wanted to invest in one of these shower enema systems, but I never actually made the purchase. I decided to make the purchase with my partner since he was interested as well. We got it in and it was very easy to set up. There is no leakage which is awesome.The knob on the switch can control the water pressure so be wary of how open you have the knob or else it will blast you right to the heavens! I used to use the enema bulb which is time-consuming since you have to fill it up then insert it to clean. This new system has changed the game so I can actually look forward to cleaning myself when necessary.
