The ability to create proposals that are easy-to read with no typos or spelling mistakes! I love how customizable it makes everything from font size/color etc., so you can make your quotes look exactly like what's in their product catalogs (which helps when presenting them).

It takes some time getting used to but once there aren't any issues of confusion as far as formatting goes this works great!! We use QuoteBot all day long at work - we've been able to save tons of money by not having our own IT department set up custom forms / templates which would take months if done manually.
