My heating, cooling and air quality are not working very well

I've had it for a few weeks now and it's not improving the humidity in the room. I have several humidity sensors in the room and they all show no improvement when I use them. Sometimes the humidity in the room is below 40% and it stays low when I use this humidifier. I need to use a heated humidifier to improve the humidity in the room.
