The support is excellent! I've used other platforms where they don't even respond to email inquiries or when problems arise it's not resolved quickly at all. It takes about 5 minutes for them to answer me via chat, but no matter how quick someone might be there if something isn’t working right away (or within hours) sometimes things get missed in translation by both parties. They also have some minor UI quirks that can make certain designs difficult to create; however this should take very little time from their end once an issue with any elements has been identified through testing/feedback sessions / conversations. As mentioned above - great customer service. Great team who will work as hard as needed in order complete your project perfectly every single step along the way until completion date comes around. We're using a custom made form builder platform called MOBEE which was designed specifically for us so we didn't need anything off-the shelf like.
