Review on PetSafe Stubborn Fence Without Wire by Vince Preston

I am very happy with PetSafe. This is the second collar we have bought and I highly recommend using a 9v battery for the collar as the old one we had will not hold a charge. We chose the stubborn dog model because my 10 month old Weim/Lab mix has NOT stopped jumping on the door and opening it! It was so annoying and we tried all sorts of approaches for months until we decided he needed a good release to stop him. He immediately fully respected the border. It will beep when it gets too close and then click if it lingers too long or gets too close - this can be controlled on the collar and in the control center for how hard or how far you want the dog to be off the wire. We also got chickens and wired them around the barn and yard - this scares the dog again and now he doesn't even think about it. Do you have a stubborn dog?
