This pillow is so hard. I bought this as I have a TMJ and after doing a lot of research I thought the alignment would help. I used it and woke up with a sensitive head that hurt for 3 days and my TMJ was worse. After a long search for pillows I found a dough shaped pillow that suits me and I love it. I'm giving it three stars because it ended up in my pillow graveyard, but it seemed well done. The neck was too high for me, a petite woman with a shorter neck, and it was like sleeping on a brick. Don't get paid for this review or any other competitor if that helps.
