I bought it on October 15, 2018, so the return period has expired. Two months passed and one of the watch strap connector loops just came loose. The locking mechanism fell apart exposing tiny springs and I have no way of repairing it. The seller has promised a replacement for the defective product (18 months conditional return or resend if any quality problem, lifetime friendly customer service.) and the only way to contact the seller for a replacement is through this feedback. I was happy with the looks but I'm not sure about the quality. I gave it a 1 star rating to see if I would get a response from the seller. Depending on what happens, I may rate this product/seller again. To update. As promised, the seller refunded my money quickly, so I'm updating the seller's rating.
