Works as described.
This is my first Pullman pan, and I am very happy with the product, very sturdy for a large loaf of bread. Heats evenly, bread is browned on all 4 sides, easy to open the lid for different types of bread. Cleans easily. Some recipes suggest spraying the pan to prevent sticking, I have not needed to do that as the bread does not stick, no need for additional oil, etc.
- Can be used for French bread, sourdough, oatmeal bread, and more
- The cover may be awkward to handle when hot, potentially causing burns
