The ease of use, and the ability to create custom reports. I love that we can see the impact of our forecasts on our spend. It's amazing how much difference just a few percentage points in forecast accuracy makes. Also being able to compare our forecasts against competitors. Nothing really. I would say if you have never used this software before it will take some time to get used to the way things are set up. But once you do you'll be very happy with the results. We're using this tool to help improve our spend and plan out future spend. This helps us understand what projects are going to require more resources than others and helps us make better decisions when purchasing new products.
