Good size and shape shower outlet; Solves teenage shower water problem!

This was the solution for my baby shower. They ALWAYS poured water out of the shower. Whatever I tell them Wet tile floor or wet carpet. I told them I was disappointed that I had to purchase such a solution. But I did. And that's great. I wish I had bought it sooner! The question of "liability" (AZ) does not apply, since only plastic parts are involved. It MUST be glued in place. Can double stick foam be used? I do not know. Here's what I do: - Set it up and make sure the space, drain, corners, etc. are in order (good tubs, even the side is sloped) so any water that gets on it drains into the tub (and not in the pool). - Apply wide horizontal and vertical blue tape that is 2" wide or 3/4 wide. - Reset the diverter and trace the bottom and side with a marker or pen. - Use a razor or X-Acto blade (#11), maybe 1/8" to 3/16" on the outside. This is to leave room for the sealant. Remove the inside pattern (where the deflector goes) and leave it outside. - Remove the piece. - Use only bathroom and tub and tile sealer - it has everything you need for your long-term success - Apply a strip to the bottom and sides of the diverter - Apply some sealer to the bottom and side areas You'd like to think that "enough for the top and bottom" to extrude the part snaps into place with no gaps." - Reinstall the diverter by gently pressing and rocking back and forth. Tape it up if it doesn't hold up. - Remove excess sealant with a sealant cutter and wet your fingers if necessary. - Readjust the tape and stick it on and leave it to dry at least overnight - Remove the outer tape and cut off/clean the excess The excess can be easily rubbed off the plastic; The same applies to tiles/porcelain. It should be perfect or close to it. Only one end is active/used for my baby shower, so I only used the critical - end of the shower head. It's deeper in the "collecting zone" but then curves to channel the water into the tub. So I prefer this shape to straight ones, which are more likely to collect water.
