Review on ๐Ÿšฒ Strider Sport Balance Bike - Ages 3 to 7 Years - Pedal Conversion Kit available separately by Alex Webster

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great bike but kids don't like it.

Excellent wheel. Easy to assemble. Very good looking. Very fast delivery. I've been looking for a gift for my 4 year old for a long time and came up with three finalists: Go Glider 2-in-1 (too many bad reviews) and Ridgeback (too expensive for a balance bike and probably too big). For her second birthday she was given her first balance bike. It was a 10" Puky from Germany. She was scared and didn't look at it for almost two years. About 6 weeks ago, in February 2018, she picked it up and got going. She had fun walking down the driveway to speed and we easily drove a mile around the neighborhood at a decent speed. However, she has grown A LOT small now, so for her 4th birthday (late March) she is looking for the next size up. She just turned 4, but wears a size 6 and has an inseam of 19". She says she loves him but doesn't like riding him. It's been two weeks now and we encourage her to practice every day but she's tired after doing so drove down the driveway once or twice. She was very excited to do our 1 mile loop on day one but only managed a quarter mile. I'm not sure what it is but she looks uncomfortable on him .We have a lot of leeway to adjust the height once ellen, but it seems to me that the handlebars are too wide. I know it might take longer and I don't want to rush them too much but it wasn't cheap so I'm really upset. So I kind of give my kid 4 stars instead of 5 instead of the bike, but it's just not right for every kid. I will update if it changes.
