Review on 🎒 KROSER Premium Laptop Bag Briefcase - 17.3 Inch Expandable Water-Repellent Shoulder Messenger Bag for Travel/Business/School - Black by Jeff Remol

I was looking for a new laptop bag and decided on the Kroser brand. I received an email saying the Kroser bag was on sale. It wasn't something I wanted to list, but it was very close. I looked at the product listing and it had similar features and I noticed the offer was selling fast so I bought one. As a Prime member, I was also pleased with the fast delivery. Received the bag and was pleased with how it looked. Specifications were as listed, plenty of storage space, multiple zipped compartments and detailed finishing looked good. BUT the laptop compartment itself had 2 pairs of Velcro straps that could be used to prevent the laptop compartment from opening too far. One pair connected and worked normally, the other pair didn't work! Rather than having a hooked side and a smooth side to hook into, this pair only had two smooth flaps that would not attach, leaving the laptop compartment prone to popping open if the zipper was zipped too far! This seemed like a minor disadvantage until you put the laptop back in place and the weight of the laptop causes the zipper to open wider and the laptop falls over. It was obviously a manufacturing defect, so the lightning deal wasn't as attractive as originally thought. It wasn't a first-line deal but a second-line price match? There was no mention in the listing that these were factory seconds. Thus, Kroser bears full responsibility for the defect! Did Revane know these weren't first choice products? The defect wasn't listed in the description, so I hope not. If I had known the item was defective I would not have purchased it; It wasn't worth the slight drop in price. I would buy the item I wanted to list. I could sew the broken flaps together to salvage the bag, but that would be a hassle premium merchandise doesn't require. Certainly disappointed in Kroser, hoping Revain doesn't know and trying to get rid of damaged goods without reporting the shortage in advance.
