The most useful thing is that it allows to have all incidents in one place, which makes it easy for me as I do not need to go through each incident separately. It also has some nice features such as alerting when new incidents are added or if there's been any changes made to an existing incident. Sometimes it takes time before everything gets synced up with other systems, but this can be solved by clicking'sync' button at the bottom of the page. If you're looking for something simple and quick to use then this might work well for your needs. We've used it mainly for our internal response team so we could keep track of what was happening internally within our organization during certain events.
