Fluxroll Review

The ability to create custom dashboards with all of our data in one place is very helpful for managing incident response activities, both internally as well externally! There isn't much that I dislike about this tool so far; however it could be better if there were more options available when creating graphs or charts from different sources (such as spreadsheets). This product is great for any incident response team, whether it be at home or in-the cloud! I love that this can help us to understand what we are seeing from our customers as well as other organizations within our network of partners. The ability to see all data related to incidents across multiple platforms (incident management system - MMS/SOC2) gives me confidence knowing there's nothing missing when reviewing reports with my colleagues. The most useful thing is that it allows to have all incidents in one place, which makes it easy for me as I do not need to go through each incident separately. It also has some nice features such as alerting when new incidents are added or if there's been any changes made to an existing incident. Sometimes it takes time before everything gets synced up with other systems, but this can be solved by clicking'sync' button at the bottom of the page.
