You get what you pay for

Bought this for my son to wear, monitor his temperature etc as he is a skater. This watch runs out quickly, too fast to make sure he sleeps well, we need to charge it when he goes to the rink, and for him to wear it to the rink, it needs to be charged all night. I do not recommend this watch. The app is also finicky to use.
