To be honest I find these bottles a little pricey but at least this bottle looks cool and works well. I fill it with 16 ounces of water and add in a large scoop of protein and a large scoop of the supplement my son suggested. This gives enough space for shaking and good dissolution of the powders. The bottle will not leak when capped properly (tight for the main seal and make sure the drinking cap is fully closed) and is relatively easy to clean. I wash it with soapy water and hot water as soon as possible. Close it, shake it, wipe your fingers to make sure there is nothing left. Sweep. Wipe off excess water with a clean paper towel or kitchen towel. Expensive but works great and looks cool so maybe I shouldn't complain about the cost!
