Some people don't like the feel of those rubber keyboard pads, but personally I've always liked them, especially after the horrible coffee incident. This is the first case I've ordered without a case and I love it as much as any I've used. It fits my keyboard very well and doesn't slip. The keyboard shortcuts are clear, and the color coding helps me learn more than just the basic copy, paste, and cut shortcuts. I feel like this coating is worse at attracting lint (and cat hair) than others I've had, but it washes off easily so it doesn't knock off a star for me personally. Recommended especially for new Mac users as these quick shortcuts can be really helpful.
