I used the size chart and it was too small for my 2 year old. The quality is good but the size is small and the delivery is long. When they issued a refund they tried to negotiate with me and offered $8 then $12. I explained that my daughter couldn't wear the dress and finally gave my money back. Don't let them try to push the price down to keep the clothes. I'm disappointed because the dress would have been perfect.
