, I can't even describe how much I love these WAGO nuts. With the old nut driver it seemed like you were always worried that one of the wires might be loose. But with WAGO nuts, you push the wire in and you see that it's ok. They also come in handy when you have old jobs to do in a tight box. It's a lot easier to clamp a short piece of wire with needle nose pliers than tying them together and tightening the nut, hoping nothing is loose. It's nice to be able to remove one wire without disturbing the rest. The test port is handy too - don't worry if your probe went through the insulation press and found the copper on those bad boys. The only downside is that you are limited to 4 wires per nut. I have a couple of WAGO 5 and 6 wire nuts for the rare occasions that I bought in packs of 10, but since you pretty much only have to splice 3 or 4 wires they will do. It's really no different than having a bunch of old red or green nuts on your belt when the yellow one wasn't big enough. I've never used them with anything other than solid wire, but I trust WAGO when they say it works with stranded wire.
