Might be the only journal for the rest of my life I get

This absolutely wouldn't make a perfect gift it is absolutely beautiful and my husband was very impressed with the way it looked and felt as well as me. It's perfect for journaling and very smooth.and the lock can even be a little tricky if you don't know how to do it. All around this is just a perfect clean journal when it comes to the inside and it having what you would expect but the outside is spectacular. I went with the red maroonish looking one and it is gorgeous.

It is great , I use it for Bible study & I love everything about it

Cons

The lock doesn't always line up properly, making it difficult to close the diary
