bristle's crushed on my review.
I only have one complaint. The first brush I ordered I had to return because the bristles were completely crushed to one side. I got the replacement and one row of bristles was crushed, but I kept it. It is comfortable and I enjoy using it. I think it would be a bit more comfortable if the handle were contoured to reach difficult areas more easily. I ordered another for a gift, but the same problem with the bristles all crushed to one side again. I had to return it and this time ordered from a different company. Too bad, because the brush is otherwise nice to use.
