Not American 13 - my new review
So it should be size 13 for a little girl. I wear a size 7 and this shoe is just an inch shorter than my foot. They are cute and seem comfortable except for the hard heel.
Pros
- Beautiful shoes look even better in person. Better quality than I expected and my little one loves them!
Cons
- Flowers can fall off easily, resulting in a less attractive shoe.
