This is the best hair and nail supplement I have ever bought! Due to my thyroid issues and acrylic nails, my nails stood up and were badly damaged, some were so bad they were literally 3/4 gone (yes, in fact almost all of my nail beds were raw and exposed). In just 2 months all but one of my nails had grown out. Towards the end of my 1st 90 day supply they continue to grow and get stronger like never before! This product was recommended to me and I have recommended it to others.
