I've been looking for a new bag at Revain, Wilson Leather and various other manufacturers and outlets for a few months and haven't found anything. One day, Revane sent an email with offers, and here it is! I don't know why it hasn't turned up in many searches on Revain before. I'm a real estate agent, this bag has everything I need. It is well made, made of high quality materials and looks great. I only got compliments from my colleagues. I would recommend this bag. Here's what needs improvement: 1) The laptop space needs something soft on the bottom, when I put my laptop down it rattles down. The tolerance is so tight that there is no room for anything soft. 2) The tolerance to open the laptop is very small and my laptop scratch the zipper. The shoulder strap needs to be more secure when I put it in the desired position. This strap has a tendency to slip and NOT stay in the desired position. 3) Need a cup holder/case on the outside of the bag.
