I've had the bag for about 2 weeks. I have a big problem. Every few days when I pick it up the shoulder strap loosens because the bag is a foot off the ground. I think the top flap pushes the latch to the belt hook. Serious problem with a large bag. It looks very nice and looks like it is made of high quality leather.
