I love this product! Sure it's wet if it continues, but if it weren't the magnesium wouldn't be absorbed into the blood. Magnesium solids, like Schmidt's, don't work. If I apply it after my shower, I let it soak in and dry before getting dressed — it's not a big deal since I apply it at the same time as my body lotion. I just walk around in my bathrobe for 5 minutes while I cook breakfast. I reapply it at night and I don't mind if it leaves a little residue on my pajamas. I've never seen it penetrate through clothing and it washes off instantly even in cold water. I use this roller at night as my only sleep aid. Magnesium has so many health benefits that most people don't realize it's deficient. As a middle-aged athlete, I really appreciate how it helps relieve muscle and joint pain. I've noticed a significant improvement in muscle recovery after lifting weights. People who don't think it works for odor control probably haven't given it a try, as it can take up to 2 weeks to detox from regular store-bought deodorants that contain chemical ingredients. There are also clear gels, but my favorites are still lavender for sleep and rosemary and mint for workouts. I also love lotions to work on sore muscles and joints. Rosemary and mint do a pretty good job of keeping odors at bay, even during indoor team workouts like biking or CrossFit!
