The ease of use when creating dashboards is amazing! I love all the features available for our team. Reporting in general can be difficult without a background in Excel/PowerPoint/Word but this makes it easy. Having everything in one place has been great as we are able to see trends easily across teams. This product will take some time to get used to if using from scratch. Once set up there are no major problems with reporting. There are other similar products out there like Tableau but this is what we have found works best for us (and easier licensing). We're solving an internal issue where we needed better visibility into who was doing their jobs, how they were performing, etc. I like how easy it was for me as an end user - this software does exactly what we need! It's very simple but powerful at same time so there are no issues with usability in my opinion (yet). We use extraview all day everyday every week solving problems of different nature from data integrity check up till reporting etc., everything works perfectly fine without any additional modules added which makes life easier when using such tool daily during work hours :).
