Length and quality are excellent, but the waist is ridiculously small. I could tell before my son tried them on that they would be difficult to fasten. The rest of the pants are baggy in comparison. There is no elastic on the belt (as in one of the photos in the review) - the only elastic inside, with buttons, like children's trousers (the photos in the advertisement correspond to reality). My son is skinny but I wouldn't say he is skinny. Pants also ride up at the crotch. We bought size 7. He wears a size 6/7 in Old Navy pants.
