YES! It sticks like super glue. And it lasts 10 days. It eliminates itching and burns at the same time (worse than waxing). Lately I have become sensitive to glue and my skin has been irritated by it. But there is no other overlay that stays the same for 10 days, which is why the overall rating is so high for me. There are no instructions how to wear it. I recommend removing the middle part of the white layer, lining the hole with dex and then gluing it. Then peel off the white on the sides. Then pull on the green to peel off the top layer. Finally, massage the glue on all sides to make sure it sticks properly.
