I've used this and other products in this range quite a bit. We had puppies and kittens that couldn't hold water. And this product, although for wine, helped these stains. I recently heard that a port stain eater is very similar to a piss eater. I don't know exactly, but stains, be it wine, I accidentally spilled a full glass of red wine on the carpet, or other household stains, this product did a good job. With the red wine on the carpet, we followed the instructions. Get wet, use the product, leave, come back and check. As it was a deep stain we applied it a couple of times, maybe a little more but it washed off. I was very pleased. Buy it, you won't regret it, it works great.
